Elite Safety Services is a health and safety company providing specialized services to clients throughout Western Canada.

Position Summary

Our H2S Safety Supervisors are essential during shutdown, turnaround and oil field activities. Our staff focus on the personal safety of all involved in these activities and provide industrial and oil and gas sectors with gas monitoring and breathing air services around the clock when required.

Essential Duties

Staff will work alone or as a team as an H2S Safety Supervisor, some of the onsite responsibilities will include:

• Setup, maintain and function of onsite gas monitoring and breathing air equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings, man down drills and ERP’s.
• Monitor and support onsite work in relation to H2S hazards.
• Completing applicable documentation and daily checks while on

Required Qualifications

• Current H2S Alive.
• Current First Aid
• Valid Driver’s
• Air brake endorsement is an asset but not required.
• Applicable Rescue training (Confined Space, Rope) is an asset

Conditions of Employment

Working as an H2S Safety Supervisor, you will be required to frequently lift heavy equipment, work effectively unsupervised during both day and night shifts, ability to work outside, be physically fit, and work overtime as required. Accommodations will be provided if required.
